I’ve always been passionate about bringing structure, clarity, and reliability to the work I do. With a background in business and finance, I’ve developed experience across various areas of financial operations, working closely with teams and clients to create organized, efficient systems that support long-term goals.

  • Attended 100+ real-life financial planning client meetings, taking detailed notes and assisting in preparing personalized plans using Conquest.

  • Provided front- and back-end meeting support, including reviewing statements, corporate documents, and account information.

  • Assisted in prepping retirement plans and investment-related reporting under the guidance of senior planners.

  • Managed payroll for 20+ employees, including T4s, workers’ compensation, and employee reimbursements.

  • Hands-on bookkeeping experience: AP/AR, invoices, purchase order tracking, and bank reconciliation using Sage 50 and QuickBooks.

  • Involved in cash flow forecasting, financial projects, and supporting operational efficiency.

  • Strong client communication skills, coordinating with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth processes and timely responses.
